Brisbane Arts Theatre 2020 Season

Brisbane Arts Theatre

From fantasy to fantastic musicals, spies to ska, 2020 is a clear vision for great theatre at Brisbane Arts Theatre.

The season includes some of the greatest classic works of the 20th century, through to magnificent modern productions. There's something for everyone, and everything for theatre buffs!

A Streetcar Named Desire is a classic story of brutality, dishonesty and seduction.

The 39 Steps is a fast-paced whodunnit that mixes a Hitchcock masterpiece with a spy novel and a dash of Monty Python humour.

Our House is a unique musical that tells a powerful story through the music of ska-pop giants of the 80s Madness.

Mary Poppins is an enchanting mixture of irresistible story, unforgettable songs, breathtaking dance numbers, and astonishing stagecraft.

The Woman in Black is a thrilling adaptation of the Susan Hill novel that will have you on the edge of your seat from curtain to curtain.

The 25th Annual Putman County Spelling Bee is a quirky musical comedy that pits six sixth graders against each other.

The Ladykillers is a black comedy where a sweet little old lady takes on a gang of criminal misfits.

And Terry Pratchett's Feet of Clay isn't just a story for Discworld tragics, it's a sci-fi fantasy mystery tale for all walks of life.
