Queensland Music Festival

Various Locations

7th July - 30th July

Queensland Music Festival is a state-wide celebration of music. The festival will be held from 7 – 30 July, 2017 with events in 15 locations, spreading from Far North Queensland to the New South Wales border. In 2017 we will continue to inspire participation in music-making and performances that reflect local culture and tell local stories.

This festival season we will be bringing together artists, emerging and current, from every genre as well as local councils in the hope to engage the needs of communities with heart-touching and enticing performances. Our 2017 program, to be announced in May, will showcase artists performing in new, trailblazing events that help to display the power of music and bridge the gap between Queensland’s rural and urban populations.
